TricoShade's principal manufacturing asset is our team of highly skilled manufacturing professionals, all of them fully committed to high quality standards. In addition, our manufacturing facility includes a fully equipped steel fabrication shop, a powder coating surface finishing department and an architectural fabric membrane fabrication facility.
The steel fabrication shop is equipped with all the modern equipment required to produce any size and configuration of steel structures. The surface finishing shop is equipped with high pressure steam and chemical cleaning system, sand blasting equipment, and a fully equipped electrostatic powder coating painting and baking facility.
The architectural fabric membrane fabrication shop is equipped with 20ft. x 50ft. cutting tables, heavy industrial single needle lockstitch sewing machines and 30" long arm lockstitch double needle sewing machines. Utilizing state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems, Computerized Finite Elements Analysis and Non-Linear Computerized Structural Analysis Systems, TricoShade's engineers model architectural fabric tension structures, simulating and analyzing the under load behavior and responses of every component. TricoShade has state of the art technology.
Tension membrane, tension cables, mechanisms and each member of the support structure and the foundations are carefully calculated and designed considering structural integrity, architectural appearance and manufacturability, before complete engineering specifications.
3D realistic renders, general assembly drawings, shop details for steel fabrication and patterns for the fabrication of the fabric membranes are produced and given to the manufacturing department for the production of each structure. Operations are closely supervised by highly experienced production managers, and by our engineering department.
